Good morning

I had a great weekend. Went to my friends company picnic Saturday, ate too much junk food on top of regular food. No regrets. Yesterday I spent the afternoon and evening with my dad and stepmom. My dad showed me some things from my grandmas childhood. Her books were over a hundred years old. I learned that my grandma loved math in high school and she was in a play. Yesterday ate on plan.

Qotd love both but if I had one to pick it would be the ocean. Always wanted a house on the beach.

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese, pork and beans and Hawaiian dinner roll

L tuna, cottage cheese and watermelon

D not sure since it's support group tonight.

Have a good day

Good Morning! JB, I am so glad that you guys are having such a great time (I might be even a little jealous!) We had a busy but productive weekend. The flooring is done so we spent most of the weekend cleaning since everything had dust on it. We started moving non-essential boxes, decided on some furniture. I did get over 35,000 steps on Saturday- well some "steps" were cleaning floors on my hands and knees...but I'll take it.

Accountability: Nothing crazy this weekend. I ate a little more than I usually plan for but it was all "on plan" foods.

QOTD: Ocean!

Time since surgery: 3 years 10 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Quest chips and Carbmaster cottage cheese

D: Buddig beef pack, low carb pita, spinach salad (Bleu cheese, pecans and Skinnygirl raspberry vinaigrette dressing) and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1232 Protein:118 Carbs:80 Fat:54

Have a great one!

Good morning. Doing well, but progressing slowly. It really is harder to lose those last 15 ;)

QOTD - oh you coasters! I could live my life without seeing the ocean (I guess I do by living in midwest ;) ) and haven't spent any time in the mountains. But I do appreciate the country and trees/fields. That's why I love to go up to Door County Wisconsin in the spring and fall. Other than that I guess what melts my stress away is playing with my dogs every morning before work. That and my morning first sip of coffee. Ahhhhh

B - 2 eggs and sausage (I'm finding the one sausage keeps me very full until lunch without snacking)

L - 3.5 oz turkey, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, small salad

S - Fage yogurt and .5oz sunflower seeds (sprouted)

D - Small salad and 1/2 a chicken burger, 1 oz cheese

D - hot tea (my therapist is suggesting dumping all evening snacks and just sipping hot tea - rooibos red tea. I'll let you know how it goes this week)

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

I haven't been up to Door County in probably 20 years - and I live in Wisconsin! Door County is a beautiful place!
