I'm glad today is Friday, I'm really tired today. I worked with 4 babies yesterday and a lot of them were crying if you put them down. But it was fun playing with them. Then the last hour I was with the older kids.
Accountability I had two protein bars last night.
Qotd most of the time it is white noise unless something catches my eye or I hear something so I'll rewind it to see what it is. At bedtime it's usually nbc, my tv shutdown after 4 hours of not changing the channel. I'm usually doing two things at a time while watching tv.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans. Also Hawaiian dinner roll.
L tuna, cottage cheese and watermelon
D protein bars unless they have something healthy at church support group

Good morning and happy Friday!! This has been a week that felt like a year but at least it's almost over, whoo-hoo!
My weekend will be short, I get to spend all day sunday flying north and east but really looking forward to a few days in our Mississauga office -- where the temperature will be nice enough that I can actually go outside and walk -- yay Canada! But have a good friday night and saturday planned -- pilates after work and the great british bakeoff comes back...it's a very zen show and soothes my busy mind and then tomorrow, a catch up chat over coffee with my bestie, a trip to my favorite bookstore, a 1 year olds birthday party and a massage (oh and sometime between now and then I need to pack for my work trip and the wedding I'm going to right from the work trip).
QOTD - If I'm just home doing things, I do generally have the TV on in the background (and I do use Law & Order a lot as the background noise) but when I'm working from home, I rarely have anything on at all -- but when I'm working in my office, I always have my iPod on for music. Very odd.
