Yeah I think it's just because work has gotten slower, my garden isn't as labor intensive now that everything is planted (just doing a bit of weeding and harvesting now), so I find myself unoccupied. Time for a new hobby! Lol

I tend to hover in one place, maybe bouncing a pound or two, for anywhere from 3-5 weeks, and then drop 10-15 in a single week or so. It still averages out to be about 2-3 lbs lost a week so I feel like I'm doing alright. Just hard to think so I'm the midst of a 4 week stall!

Happy Friday everyone! And Happy Summer! The temperature is cooler today but it is supposed to rain on and off today. I need to run errands at lunch so I'm not sure that I will get in much of a walk. Oh well, one more week and if the scabs are completely gone, I'm back to swimming rain or shine!

I am working at home today so I may stream the World Cup game between Brazil and Costa Rica. It should be an exciting game!

QOTD: normally we don't have the TV on unless we are watching something on Netflix and that is usually on the weekends only.

B1: coffee, vanilla Premier Protein

B2: hard boiled egg, ham

Snack: Cappuccino protein shake, cashews

Lunch: chicken breast, baby carrots

Snack: Lemonade protein shake, apple, almonds
