We are leaving for Yosemite later this afternoon. It's gonna be a weekend of hikes to several falls. Funny, last year I would have dragged my feet and would have tried to convince DH to do something else. But this year I'm actually looking forward to the added exercise. I'm even bringing my HRM to see how many cals I'll burn.

Great pic. So jealous that you can just go to Yosemite for the weekend, I was there 15 or so years ago and it was the most beautiful vista. I would love to go back, especially now that I am in shape enough to enjoy it. I hope you have a great time!

Good morning and TGIF!! Love your hair Julia!! I am getting mine done today at noon -I can't wait! I love seeing my girl and getting all pampered. Afterwards, I am doing all my usual Saturday errands and shopping. I'm leaving at the crack of dawn tomorrow to go visit my son - I'm so excited I can't stand it!!!
QOTD - Before Rob, I didn't have cable and was happy in silence half of the time. Other than a series or movies on Netflix or borrowed from the library my background show was usually Frasier! I've seen every episode probably 20 times now and they still make me laugh. With Rob, he has to have the TV going non stop (as evidenced by the remote in hand below!). He prefers to watch sports - anything sports or sports related. We compromise w/Food network or the Travel Channel typr stuff.
Accountability - switched out dinner from lean chicken and asparagus to a higher calorie hamburger salad and it was worth every calorie -yum! Still came in under goal by skipping my ES
