Quick driveby today. Hubby and I decided to leave today to head north instead of tomorrow so I have tons to do. Lily and I did get our 4 miles in though. QOTD The Velveteen Rabbit and I'll Love You Forever are my favs. Post op 5 years 9.75 months weight at 119 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli meat 4 oz baby carrots D not sure as hubby is cooking S 5 oz cottage cheese. Time for coffee and to get BUSY! Later!

Time since surgery: 3 years 10 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Quest chips, Carbmaster yogurt and iced latte dessert bar
D: Buddig chicken pack, low carb pita, spinach salad (Bleu cheese, pecans and Skinnygirl raspberry vinaigrette dressing), banana and peach fruit cup and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Happy thursday-- JB sounds like you have a great weekend up ahead...and what a fun picture from Paris!
QTOD - my grandfather had a series of Disney story books -- big people books but with pictures, and he would read them to me every Sunday (before the Wonderful World of Disney movie). The Peter Pan stories were and are my favorite.
I am in a bit of a funk this week and woke up with a grumbly, uncomfortable tummy -- even my boxing session this morning didn't get my attitude turned around. I do not like this feeling.
I think food wise, I"m going to stick to protein shakes/protein water/maybe some broth to see if I can get rid of the tummy trouble. The good news is this is the kind of week where pre WLS prep, I would have increased my wine intake or eaten a pizza or two...and I have not done those things. Focusing on the positive!
Exercise - did a mixed cardio/weights/boxing workout this morning; might need to do a little treadmill this evening too.
