What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

I'm usually between 500-600 calories but I can't hit the protein goals without a premiere a day, it's really the foundation -- so glad I learned about the premiere plus coffee from so many people here! Also, the skyr/greek yogurts along with deli turkey are mainstays for the protein boost.

I like shrimp, though I wouldn't want it all the time. Still, according to MFP, the 4 ounces of boiled, cold shrimp i had the other day gave me 28 grams of protein for just 67 calories, with zero carbs, zero fat, zero sugar, and 453 mg of sodium. I think that's the highest protein payout for the least calories in any of the foods I've tracked.
Thanks for taking the time post. I have a seafood allergy so shrimp is definitely off the table, but going to try to get more fish into my plans. I like tuna and love baked fish so I'm thinking of trying some new types of fish.We live at the lake and have plenty of crappie in the freezer. Up until last year we only ate it fried, but since then, we have only baked it and I like that it has a mild taste.
