What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! It is warming up here too, after having gorgeous weather over the weekend (it was about 85 degrees) we will be about 107 this weekend.
Ok, so my neighbor told me about these https://www.traderjoes.com/digin/post/cold-brew-latte-desser t-bars a few weeks ago and I tried them over the weekend. I know the stats aren't great but for a once in awhile a treat I like them. I am not sure if anyone has mentioned them here yet, but the texture resembles a fudgesicle.

The iced latte bars sound delish. Maybe once I'm done losing i will try one. Thus far I have avoided virtually all sugar other than the small amount in ham, in a baby carrot or two in beef stew, and in a (very) few blueberries, eaten only once in the past year. As a result, I don't know if I I dum*****t - I was afraid to find out. Would there be enough in one of those bars to trigger an episode, I wonder? I halfway hope I would dump, to be honest, and halfway hope I wouldn't. Sugary foods were definitely my prime binge territory and I will forever have to be very wary of them.
I agree with Kelly, for now, avoid the sugar and other carbs. When you reach maintenance, you have the option to broaden what you try. For now keep at it. You're doing great!

In the meantime, treat yourself to lots of SF popsicles. My faves are the Outshine tropical fruit by Nestle.
