What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Personally, I don't count my Premier Proteins because they are thicker. I do count coffee, tea and water based shakes like Syntrax Nectar.

The only reason not to eat after a meal is because you don't want to push solid food through too quickly, so there is no reason to wait to drink water after a shake :)

Thank you!! Sometimes I over think/over complicate things, lol.

Good Morning Julia and menu family!
QOTD: I don't think I have an accent of any kind, but when I moved from Nebraska to Colorado once I was told I did. Is there such thing as a Nebraskan accent? A midwestern accent?
Janet's QOTD: I seem to be getting hit on by men online lately on the gaming sites I play on. I've been single for so long I'm really not at all sure if I am even interested in a relationship with anyone. My body looks fine in clothes, but all wrinkly and saggy naked and I doubt I'll have PS at my advanced age and low income. Anyway, a little flirting is kind of nice, but pressure to meet and get involved in a relationship makes me nervous.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 117, Calories - 1,220, Carbs - 94.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: Healthy Choice turkey meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana
E: walking Blossom
Have a great day everyone!

Torrent rain and forecasted heat will make for a bumper crop of wild berries the bears and I are anxious to see ripen (morning protein smoothies made with frozen berries are a summertime staple). QOTD: I have a strong Minnesota accent that consists of long o's; it is made fun of in the movie "Fargo" or when comedians mock politician, Sarah Palin from Alaska. Edited to say this site has helped extinguish my thinking Easterners are rude talkers. Speaking of rude, I don't feel Minnesota Nice when it comes to the southern drawl; I get impatiently exhausted waiting for words to come out as a completed sentence.

My old roommate was from Minnesota and after we'd lived together for a couple of years, I swear I had a Minnesota accent, lol. It's so fun!

Good morning! So weird that it will be hotter there than in Aruba. I'm not sorry about missing that. Here there is always a lot of wind to make the heat more palatable. But, I am actually looking forward to going home this year vs. the past because I am not returning to work but to the Cape. And I miss Justice a lot!
QOTD: People can't figure out where I am from most of the time. My mother was from the mid-west but my father had a strong Boston accent, and I learned to talk while living in Pennsylvania. So though I have lived in Massachusetts since I was 8, my speech doesn't really belong anywhere (I still have all my "R"s). DH and my children are a different story and definitely have a Massachusetts accent though it isn't extreme in any of them (not like the weird fake ones you hear in movies).
Accountability: Pretty good for vacation!
2 Years, 2.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 18.5 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Probably out, but I have leftovers if not
S: Protein cake bite (1-3 for dessert, depending on the day)
