Glad to hear your brother is doing well! I have a few friends that have had a hip replacement around 50i**** happens. I'm more worried about my knees. I can feel the ache when I over do it on hills and long hikes. I doubt I will ever be a runner or cyclist because of it, but swimming is more my thing anyway.

Oh, I've found the salted caramel tea! I LOVE my coffee, but I also love good strong tea. Seriously - got home early today and I've made 2 big triple strength mugs and I'm in love!!! Thank you for the Ralph's tip, that is exactly where I found it! Super yummy!

Thanks Amy! I got a text from my brother - he was out of surgery by 10 and walking by 2:30! That's kind of mind-blowing, but up and at 'em is the credo in hospitals today, as we both know from personal experience! He said he hurts a lot, but that he will be okay. So glad he's on the other side of it, and hope that he recuperates quickly. I know what you mean about your knees. Mine hurt too - I feel it when walking down particularly steep hillsides. Not too bad going up them. But they don't hurt as much as they did 170+ pounds ago, thank goodness! Normally I have no issues with my hips but sometimes in bed I can feel a little weird bone discomfort there as I shift position. Oh well! I'm still so much better off than I was!

I'm glad you found the tea. I enjoy it too! I love coffee too but have become more of a tea drinker, with coffee being the occasional treat. Would never have believed that a year ago!

xoxox!

Oh man...I'm on a hunt for the tea. I don't have a Ralph's here but I thought Nob Hills is part of Ralph's. Can't find it. Went to three different stores, no avail!

Do you have a Kroger? If all else fails, Amazon has it!

Hi Everyone!

I am a little under the weather today so not sure

I am going to be able to eat all of this today but it is a written plan anyway I just started back tracking my food again! I am such a lazy girl! I will do better in the future! Weighing everything again. I got discouraged because my child kept getting into it and I thought I was eating what I measured out and then wondered why I was so hungry all the time.

protein shake

2 oz steak

tuna creations
