Thank you, Cara that is very sweet of you to say! Being comfortable in your own skin is tough, especially now. With or without PS, I need really need to get there.

Today is attempt number 2 for a private yoga session... I booked this one in the system myself but I am still not holding my breath.

Everyone's photos look incredible today! All the before and afters are really inspiring for me! Makes me look forward to my own "after" shot!

Qotd: Both. I haven't had crunchy in ages but I adore it. These days I stick with pbfit. I can't completely give up peanut butter, but I can choose a healthier version.

Accountability: Yesterday was very good, although I switched lunch and dinner. Dinner ended up being 2oz deli meat and 3 triscuits.

Bf: 1 egg, 1 slice Dave's killer bread thin powerseed, 1t margarine, 1t sugar free jam

MS: 2oz cottage cheese, 1 scoop beneprotein

L: 2 slices Canadian bacon, 1oz fat free mozzarella, 1T sugar free marinara, 6 slices turkey pepperoni, 6 pineapple tidbits

AS: premier protein pudding, 2T sugar free cool whip

D: I just realized I don't know... I am going to a baseball game tonight and eating at the field.... probably a hot dog without the bun... or the most plain protein I can find. Not grasshoppers though.

Good afternoon,

Love the picture of the cat, Julia. I'm ready for the weekend. I worked 8 hours yesterday and never made it here.

I have a family reunion tomorrow. I'll be glad to get my own car back tomorrow. I don't really care for my brothers car. Sunday is church and seeing my dad. Somewhere in there need to do housework.

Already got my steps in for the day and haven't been to work yet.

Ate good yesterday for eating at work. They had cheeseburger no bun, broccoli, and watermelon and banana combo. Ate mostly watermelon. Had a couple cookies and protein bar before bed. But was closed to my calories limit with a little over.

Qotd extra crunchy peanut butter

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D will be a protein bar unless they serve something healthy at support group

Hello Everyone,

Happy Friday. Yesterday was a rough one here with a colleague of mine losing her job in a job fair and will be working at a different school and position and my feeder program is going to be lead by a complete incompetent! Then I got some very disappointing news from a personal audition I got rejected from.... Then I went to the retirement party where there was a piece of cake plopped down right in front of me and guess what.... I didn't eat it.. I feel great victory and pride in that! So I say "yay team"!

B: Premier Protein and coffee

L: Ham, chicken and swiss rolls, carrots and snap peas

S: left over chicken

D: Sirloin, broccoli
