What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning - the OH gods didn't like me yesterday and either my computer or the site ate my menu. I didn't have time to repost. Things are going well, though my shoulder keeps acting up - so working on other non-aggravating activities. Hoping for a good weigh in Sunday, as this week was pretty good. Only a few items off plan, with a much overall tighter focus.
QOTD - I like both smooth and crunchy, but in general will pick crunchy. But technically my favorite is The Peanut Company Smooth Operation. So I should say smooth. However, all my almond butters are chunky. So depends on the day ;) I'm with you - I'm a texture guy. I even add a little crunchy protein cereal into my protein infused oatmeal or yogurt on Sunday.
B - 2 eggs; 1 sausage; .5 oz cheese
L - Small salad, 1/4 cup cottage cheese; 2.5 oz Salmon in a pouch
S - Fage 5.5 oz; 1 tbs quest pb protein powder (with a tbs sprouted watermelon seeds - "texture")
D - Small salad, Roast beef 3 oz
S - SF Jello
This week we had our company activity kick-off (here's the year ago vs. this year view)
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
