What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! It is good to hear that summer is finally arriving at home. I still love those pics of you. You definitely look great at that weight, but I know what you mean about self-perception. One weird thing I've noticed is that my thighs always still look fat when I look down at them (fully clothed or in a bathing suit). But if I see myself by chance in a window reflection or picture they look slim.
Accountability: I'm on vacation... so indulging more but not crazy and way less at meals and way fewer snacks and drinks than pre-WLS.
QOTD: I only like peanut butter at 2 times: on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (which I no longer eat) or on toasted English muffins. I liked both the smooth and crunchy on the sandwiches but have only had smooth on muffins. Maybe I'll have to try crunchy...
2 Years, 2.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 18.5 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: If leftovers, beef tenderloin and veggies - if out, ?
S: Protein cake bite (1 or 2 for dessert)
