You two did an amazing job on the floors. They are absolutely beautiful! Another hot day here in Illinois but Lily and I have our 4 miles done already. We'll do another mile as the sun goes down. Accountability was good yesterday with no extra bites taken. QOTD I am proud that other than one day I have kept tight rein on my urge to snack while on prednisone and my weight is up a bit but still in range. Its been tough but on the good side I've got lots of knitting done too! Post op 5 years 9.5 months and weight at 118.8 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1/2 c tuna salad with 3 baby carrots D 4 oz ground beef with salsa 1/2 c seasoned green beans S 5 oz cottage cheese. Have a great day full of smart choices! Time for coffee now.

You are such an inspiration, Karen! Most other people would use the pregnasone as an excuse, but you are a machine! Hope you are continuing to heal and feel well.
I so admire your resolve and admire how you go about these challenges. I really look up to you and learn so much from you.
