Ahh, that sounds terrible! I hope you keep healing and get back on your feet soon. Keep us up to date!
I sure hope it gets better fast. It sounds brutal.

Good morning :)
I'm off to Costco with my grandma today. I have a list of things to try and stock up on for the summer. She goes away most of the summer and since we will be on baby watch I'd rather not have to worry about the essentials lol. DH won't be taking any paternity leave as he doesn't have a backup at work so it's one less thing to worry about later.
QOTD: Everything is pretty much baby prep for me lately. One thing I'm proud of is related to cloth diapers. We decided to cloth diaper to reduce costs and garbage. I put together a really awesome secondhand stash that should last at least two years for $160. For comparison the estimate for disposable diapers is about $2,000. I did coupon/sale shop for a couple backup boxes of disposables (just in case), but my plan is to only use them in the first bit if needed and sell what we don't use.
Post-op three years and three months.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - cheese stick and crackers
Lunch - tbd pending Costco run
Snack - chicken leftovers
Dinner - also tbd. I have to check the taco beef status ;)
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

That is great that you are going with disposable. I am not sure I could do it, but I applaud everyone who does!
Quick tip on the disposables for when you do use them... I learned in an environmental class once that it's just the plastic liner on the outside that is inorganic. But most people close up the diaper to hide the smell, so the whole thing doesn't break down. If people just left them open. it would be just the thin plastic liner taking up space in the landfill, not the whole diaper.
