QOTD: I will say that i nailed going through what I've been through since january without going down rabbit hole. joining a gym and focusing on exercise and food has been incredibly helpful with this.

last night left work, went to to the gym, then to home depot again for the millionth time. got ice for freezer (the waterline had a pin ***** leak) and needed a replacement, then back home.

at the gym i did leg weights, core work, and treadmill to round it out. man do i hate cardio lol

food for today:

iced coffee

hot coffee

water

crack an egg

fish for dinner or maybe one of those pizza healthy ones.

not sure really other than that

You should be proud. The issues at your house have been pretty never-ending for a while (waterline leak to refrigerator now!).

I agree! It's pretty remarkable how quickly I let house renovation issues get in the way of my exercise routine. I think Hilary is amazing for doubling down in the midst of it instead of using it as an excuse :)

I think the kitten did a Mike drop for you guys...he's walking with attitude...the floors look beautiful.. I bet your parents are very pleased and thankful...beautiful job...I'm doing redo work also....I had my right total knee replacement Tuesday morning...I understand I had some difficulty with the sedative and spinal (I guess i started moving my leg trying to get out of there!) So then they used general anesthesia...I'm all. Bruises and true agony...I did didn't go home Wednesday...blood pressie too low...so now it's thursday and blood pressure is still too loe...the calf area is red burning ...the zapper woke. me up at 1:30and keeps zapping me painfully...i mean really painfully (as in actually crying and moaning.)so now im on deladed And an enhancer? I physically cannot use that leg yet...it just doesnt work and it will not give me a break. Ugh.do not want to do this ever again..so I only have two knees and they're both done...I keep asking if is infected maybe...they keep saying this is normal. It wasnt that way with the left knee.and the left knee was pretty rough...QOTD all that whining and complaining above...I'm proud of it because I felt safe .enough here to whine!
