What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

The. Floors. Are. DONE! We put a last coat of finish on last evening and managed to make it home by 8:30pm. Phew! Excited to be home and hug my kitties and get some down time. The weather is going to be beautiful so I am hoping to sit and enjoy the sunshine in the yard and read books for a good portion of the day!
Accountability: Whoa, it is pretty eye opening to see how much I struggle with good decisions when I am off of a routine and over tired. I can't let those factors intersect again. Today I will go grocery shopping and fill the house back up with healthy choices so that I can do better. I'm doing CAMAW for a few days, too. All meat except that I am not giving up my morning protein in my coffee :)
QOTD: Ok, you know why I am feeling proud this week! What have you been proud of, recently?
Good morning menu folks! It is another hot and humid day here in MD. I may step out a bit at lunch but no long walks yet!
Yesterday went better than expected. The interview went fairly well. I didn't melt down, go blank or wander off too far from the questions. I would have ideally hoped to stay a bit more clearly on point, but I did answer the questions well and fully so I am very proud of that. I think I have a good shot at the position but now I need to wait about 3 weeks for the decision. In the meantime they will talk to my references, etc. and do another background check to be sure that I haven't become a terrorist since I was hired 16 years ago!
I didn't manage to eat very much yesterday because my tummy was a bit nervous. I did have 3 protein shakes, some an egg for breakfast, a couple of bites of beef brisket for lunch and some ham and blueberries for dinner. I am proud that I made the best of a stressful day and ate protein forward and kept hydrated.
QOTD: In addition to my proud moments yesterday, I am very proud that I have stuck to my PS's limitations even though not exercising is driving me nuts.

B2: egg, turkey sausage
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake, almonds

Exercise: still on exercise restrictions, but I do get in more steps in the office than at home

I am here to commiserate with you about interviews and the long waiting game that comes with it! Sending you all my best wishes :)
I thought alot about your interviewing as I prepared. I think I have a good chance at it but I don't know who the competition is. The wheels of govt grind very slowly so honestly I thought that 3 weeks wasn't bad. It was about 8 months between application and hire to get this job!
