I used to get mad at normal and especially small sized people when they would talk about how fat they wereto me when I was 300 pounds! I truly believed it was ridiculous and insensitive. Now, I get it. It is totally normal to FEEL fat at any size.

Good Morning! Quick posting for me for the rest of this week too. I'm off work and will be out of my routine but will try and come back and read the thread I'm between painting prep. JB, sorry the flooring didn't finish up as planned- hope it all works out today.
QOTD: I do the elliptical for 40 mins while reading and actually eat lunch at my desk. I need the mental break.
Menu: not plugged in to MFP yet but B: eggbeaters, sausage and orange L: Panera 1/2 strawberry salad S: carbmaster cottage cheese and Krave meat stick D: TJ Mahi burger, spinach salad and dark choc ES: normal yogurt with fiber cereal. Oh and I'll prob have an iced SF almond milk latte in the afternoon.

Good morning and Happy hump day! Swinging a chicken for you JB that today is the day!! I am so proud of my self - I've been hitting all my current fitness goal everyday and closing all my activity rings on my apple watch - which takes a lot of effort for me! I know it will get easier as I make more time for exercise each day, but I'm getting there. The weather is helping quite a bit with my motivation which is really nice. I still have 18 pounds to get to goal and I am trying so hard to make that happen.
QOTD - I eat at my desk while working, but I take 2 walking breaks - in the morning and afternoon. My office is next to a beautiful neighborhood with lots of steep hills so I get a bit of a work out.
Accountability - I had a late dinner last night and was too full to have my planned snack.

l-tuna w/mayo, balsamic vinegar, SF bread and butter pickles and tomato

Good morning,
I went and got my tb skin test done for work. I got to be myself yesterday with 4 little ones. It was busy. I got my steps in before I left.
I was the only one that showed up for support group except the leader. We had a one on one for a half hour. She wished there was others to hear my good news that I shared with her.
Qotd I usually go to work after I have my lunch except tomorrow I?m filling in in the morning at 9:30 am to 6. We have to eat with the kids at lunchtime but I will get a break after lunchtime when the kids take their naps. I don?t know what I?ll do during my break.

My surgiversary is approaching (6/26) and I'm anxious. The goal was to lose all 110 lbs by then, but then it was adjusted to 100 lbs by that date. Well, I'm doing neither and I?m sorta mad at myself. I'm 2.4 away from 100 but every oz is a struggle. I feel like I'm literally fighting against the darn lbs that don?t wanna go away. If you have any advice to speed up the process I'd appreciate it. I'm drinking 80-100 oz liquids. My proteins are high and the carbs are low. I workout every day.
QOTD: when I was working on site there was no lunch break. It was go go go all day. Sometimes I had to go to the bathroom and I didn?t have time for that. When I started telecommuting before surgery I would eat at my desk. But after surgery I made a conscious decision to be mindful of my eating. So I do stop working, I sit at the table and don't get distracted by other stuff while I?m eating. I make sure the whole 15-20 minutes I'm eating is just that. Me and my plate in front of me. After that back to chaos.

I'm struggling with my last bit too... I try to keep my calories as low as possible - 600 is my daily goal.
