So sorry the floor is giving you problems, Julia.
QOTD: I'm retired, so my "lunch break" I just quit what I'm doing and eat. I try to eat away from the computer and eat mindfully.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 101, Calories - 1,460, Carbs - 216.
Tonight I'm going out to eat to celebrate my friend's birthday, which is today and my birthday, which is tomorrow. I hope to have prime rib.

I generally work through lunch. If I worked in an office setting I would likely run over the the gym in the next building and workout. even for 30 min.
things were busy yesterday. left work at 4 to run over to get dogs meds. its further now to this one town than before so took 40 min. then during this time I was on hold with directtv. we have been having issue since JAn when we moved into this house. so we have been fighting with them constantly. so got my iced coffee at dunkin, then drove to get DH's meds then to gym where I stayed on the phone till almost 6:30. then i had to work out, gp tp the grocery, then get gas and finally home. it was almost 9:30 and I was wiped. I did get these chocorite diabetic chocolates and ate 6 of the little things. not bad calories wise BUT they had 36 grams of fiber sooo- I will be busy a bit later....
Meetings today at work, then gym. Not sure on food yet for dinner.
