One year ago today...!

Congrats on the fantastic success. Damn right you earned the extra weight off during the 2 week shake pre-op. I had to do the shakes for 3 months pre-op and I sure count the lbs off during that time. Glad to hear you had such a good doctor. I have read some horror stories on here at times. My surgery was on Halloween 17 so I hope by the time I hit the 1 year mark I am as happy with my success as you are.
