One year ago today...!
I buy my shrimp frozen and only thaw out about 2 oz at a time. I used to think a pound was nothing, but now taken in 2 oz increments it's 8 meals. I buy my fish from Costco and slice it up and vacuum seal it and freeze it as well. Cooking for one is not fun, so I end up doing only the basics and need to branch out more so I'm not bored out of my mind. Being only 4 months out not much sounds appetizing to me, only some of the things I shouldn't have, like popcorn and bread. But I know things will change, so I'm trying to keep to my good habits now.

I re-read your post trying to find the bragging part--can't find it but I did find where you said 60 ounces of protein per day?? I like Dr. Billy's basics and wondered if you ate popcorn with a fork/spoon, popcorn would then be allowed-- JK. Congratulations on your first year of successes and many more, too.
When I was in college I was trying to get good at eating with chopsticks, so I forced myself to eat everything with chopsticks, including popcorn!
