Any recommendations? I searched the forums and didn't find any info, although I'm sure it's been covered over and over. So advance apologies for that! I'm 1 month out from RNY and I feel GREAT. So very thankful that I've had zero complications!

Usually the 50+ multivitamins don't have iron. It why no iron?

It's my understanding that iron and calcium shouldn't be taken at the same time.

I generally ignore the calcium content of multi's. I get 1500 from citrate supplements. I secretly hope the iron will still work- but do still supplement iron too. I basically take the multis for all the other stuff- and separate my calcium and iron.

I agree with PeachPie. Centrum silver has no iron

I use One A Day Women's 50+ which has no iron. It's so dumb that most multis have both iron and calcium together. There's no point--they cancel each other out.

I also take One A Day Women's 50+ Healthy Advantage multi-vitamin as it doesn't contain iron. I buy it at Costco and take 2 multis per day (@ lunch & dinner).
