Pouch reset

Liquids are not going to satisfy you. You need to focus on dense protein.
So far I have not read anything that leads me to believe it has any merit. Ive seen people have more success by just cutting out the crap and getting back to the basics--protein first, non starchy vegetables, drop carbs, etc.
I'm still a surgical newbie, but that's what I've seen by stalking around here.

It's not possible to reset a stomach. You can detox from a carb addiction, and you can reset your brain though.
There is no benefit to starting over with liquids. Getting back to basics with dense protein, cutting carbs, and weighing and tracking everything you eat will have enormous benefit.

In other words, reset by eating 3-4 oz of dense protein (beef, chicken, pork, fish, etc) at each meal. That will re-trigger restriction.

If I felt I needed to do something to verify my pouch size or to make sure I can still get restriction, I'd be trying this:
5 Day Meat Test
The 5DPT is a waste of time for many of us. It's much easier and actually more effective to go straight to eating the way you'll need to for the rest of your life. Or for as long as you want to keep the weight off. Protein first, non-carby veggies, a taste of carbs or sugar in rare cir****tances when you are at goal. There are many posts here on regain and how to get it off, but there isn't a magic pill or food. Fortunately we don't need one.
You can do this. You can get back to your desired weight.
Sure, you can lose weight if you cut calories and carbs. But you didn't reset your pouch. It's exactly the same as it was before the two week diet began.

You are certainly free to disagree, but you would still be incorrect. Your stomach did not shrink, or otherwise reset. It sounds like your brain did, which is great.
Your restriction was always there. You were just eating things that didn't take advantage of it. We all do that. 2 nights ago, I ate half of a giant bucket of movie popcorn. But at dinner the night before, I couldn't eat an entire burger, by itself.
Everyone is not different. The systems that run our bodies are incredibly similar . If we do identical things, we will get the same results. Every single one of us that eats too many slider foods too often will feel little restriction, and gain weight. Everyone that eats dense protein will feel more restriction, eat less overall, and have a chance to lose weight, or maintain.
Now, are we willing to -- our thinking -- is where we can be different. Can we stop eating delicious, delicious sliders? Can we eat dense protein, again, and again? That's the question, not some idea that we can magically shrink our stomach.
