What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
Good afternoon! Hot, hot, hot in Missouri.
QOTD: My favorite vacation spot is Colorado. I love the mountains, but I also enjoy being home. We don't travel due to not enough money and I don't want to leave the dogs. One is 12 and gets depressed when my husband leaves the house. The other dog is 1 1/2 and I would really miss him. He loves the car but not sure I want to travel with him.
My eating yesterday was off. Some how a brownie mix jumped in my basket and I baked them. They are tasty but not as good as I thought they would be. Hubby will finish them off in no time.
I had a sack of old cell phones so spent a lot of time checking them out on a website that buys them. My statement shows $65 I'm owed but I'm sure once the company gets them, there will be some reason I don't get that much, but at least they aren't in a landfill and hopefully I will get some $$. It's free shipping so that's a bonus.
Today's eats:
B: 1 slice of toast; 2 sausage patties
L: Protein shake
S: Protein bar
D: Chicken in Alfredo sauce

I am so late today! But, I am committed to sharing my menu here for the accountability and also the consistency in planning my day! Since it is the end of the day though I will say, I hope everyone -had- a fantastic Sunday.
Qotd: We built our home 2 years ago. I love it here. I sometimes wish I didn't have to leave for anything like trips or vacations.
Accountability: Yesterday and today were a little crazy. Out doing things with family all day and so both days clocked in way under on calories. But I feel okay still, energy and satisfaction wise.
Bf: 2oz deli sliced rotisserie chicken
MS: babybel cheese
L: 1 bite of lamb from a Greek place...baaaaad. then about 2 oz boiled chicken thigh meat
AS: 1 sugar free pudding cup, 3g pbfit
D: 2 tiny pieces of kung pao chicken (less than 1/2oz not breaded and no sauce), less than 1/2 oz Chinese rib meat, still hungry 45 minutes later so I had 1oz turkey pepperoni
About 65g protein, 650 calories
