G'morning and happy Friday!
JB - floors look great, you and Grim are doing a great job.
DH and I went salsa dancing last night. Can you believe it? My poor husband has been asking me for the last 10 years to do this, but I always felt uncomfortable. Finally I signed us up last week for these salsa lessons. What fills my heart is that he is the typical white boy (no offense to all the guys) who has no rythm and can barely dance, but all these years had been insisting because he wanted us to do something together and he knows I love Latin dance. Last night I laughed so much that I was crying. He was the worst student in the class but he was trying so hard. Don't get me wrong I'm no dancer, but I think because of Zumba I can pick up the steps faster. So for the month of June you'll find us every Thu evening salsa-ing!!!
QOTD: my kids say I'm weird. I have no favorite band or song. But put something on that I can dance to and I'm all in. It could be from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s or the the 2000 and beyond. They get embarrassed because I start dancing while I'm driving. LOL

Good morning,
Love the floors Julia.
Today I decided to put no Splenda in my coffee this morning, just fairlife milk. It's not bad. Maybe I can break this sugar addiction I have. For fun I got on the scale and my weight was down 2.5 pounds since Monday.
Was perfect yesterday with my eating. The extra fiber is helping also. Haven't had to use Miralax this week so far.

D I have support group tonight but they been serving very carb loaded meals lately so I'll either have protein bar or wait till I get home to have keto lasagna and some kind of vegetable

It's gloomy and stormy here today but I am OK with it because it's still warm and I have a giant window with a nice view no matter what it's like out there!
We're getting a new water filtration system installed next week which I am super excited about. we have well water and it is super hard and filled with iron because our softener is not working properly and it smells like sulfur because the filtration system isn't catching it all. we've been cooking and drinking with bottled water for over a year now and I can't wait to have clean water again! It's going to be almost $3000 which is why we haven't done it before, but my parents are being super generous lately with all of their money since they have retired...I would think it should be the opposite, but my dad is offering to pay for it and I am not going to say no.
QOTD: I will always rock out to NKOTB- was my first concert when i was 12!
Also I am a very eclectic music lover. I will always blast my favorite 80s Pop songs- Madonna, Cyndi lauper, Journey, etc. and always anything by Faith No More or Janes Addiction!
