So so sad! I have a cat that was rescued from a dumpster at about two weeks old! She's 2 now and thriving because she was found in time and we were able to find a cat foster mama for her. Here's her pic.

JB, oh my gosh is this pic so cute! I think your plan to take the weekend off is very responsible. You'll be much better prepared come Monday after some much needed rest.

Even on my "sickcation" it's great to reach Friday!

That first pic is great. We saw a sharpei on our walk yesterday. What a face!

My pictures are from a few years ago in Aruba. Our friend does the sand sculptures. The beach view is from our patio. I will post updated pictures over the next two weeks when we are there.

QOTD: I still turn the Eagles up - I loved that band and have a lot of memories that go with their songs.

Accountability: Mixed - I mostly did okay, but then had some almonds last night. They weren't on plan but actually sometimes act like a laxative a day later, so I'm hoping for that...

2 Years, 2 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 18 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Emiepie egg salad

D: Salmon

S: yogurt?

Good morning :)

Nothing spectacular planned for today. Going to pick up dog food -- I order it through our vet and I asked them to get me three large bags so I wouldn't have to go bac****il the fall lol. Then I'm meeting my grandpa to help him fill out some forms online. Apparently he was a bit confused so my grandma was hoping I could help.

QOTD: I love music so it's usually cranked. I have a weird eccletic set of favourites because I have the music my mom would play on the radio (Madonna, Blue Rodeo, Bruce Springsteen, etc) and then the popular music from high school (The Offspring, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, etc). There is a Sheryl Crow song and some Amanda Marshall songs that I love to sing with. I can't decide today, so put me down for everything!! Lol.

Post-op three years and three months.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - strawberries, Greek yogurt

Lunch - chicken tenders

Snack - cheese whisps

Dinner - meaty spaghetti sauce

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
