Sola.....a new product
The Sunday paper had a flyer with coupons for Sola. The various products are yogurt, ice cream, nut bar, granola and sweetener.
I tried the yogurt and nut bar and liked both.
Stats are:
Yogurt - 7 net; 11 g protein
Ice Cream - 6 net carbs; 6 g protein
Nut bar - 6 net carbs; 7 g protein
Granola - 3 net carbs; 7 g protein
Sweetener - 0 carbs; measures like sugar
I wanted to pass along the info. I don't sell these products. My only interest is they are good tasting healthy foods.

They may be tasty, but a good look at the nutrition info shows they're not the best choices for post-WLS eating. Ideally we should have foods with at least 10g protein per 100 calories, and these (save the yogurt) don't measure up.
