I was drinking 24 oz of crystal light and 8 packets of Splenda and 2 tbsp of sugar free flavored creamer. I'm down to 3 packets of Splenda this week and the creamer. Next week I'll try to go without and just have fairlife milk in my coffee.

I find the people that are really good at job interviews generally don't really need a job. They don't care if they get it so that is why they do so well!

Hello to everyone! Happy Thursday!

JB, I'm glad that you weren't as sore after yesterday's intense work as you were the day before. Aren't our bodies amazing? Also - I love the idea of you and Grim having an HGTV TV show! I'd watch that with joy! Please really consider following through.

A busy day here, lots of creative work and, later, some running around.

I'm feeling so happy that I am able to wear smaller clothes and in general am looking like the me I recognize! I didn't weigh myself or my food for a while before and after moving because I had foolishly packed my scales for the move. I got here in the beginning of March but there was such aan unexpected delay in having my furniture and other things delivered that I ended up giving up waiting and just bought new scales before the other ones arrived. So I didn't step on the scale until March 19, after a hiatus from the scales of over a month (during which I ate carefully on plan and lost weight). Anyway, since that date, I have lost over 30 pounds, which at almost one year out is pretty good. The joyful thing is that at this point I can actually see the difference every 10 or so pounds makes. In 10 more pounds i know my clavicles will once again emerge! I've been looking forward to seeing them again! As you can see, it doesn't take much to excite me, lol!

QOTD: Focus and work

First: Two huge mugs of tea - I'm also having some coffee today, unusual for me!

B: ham and smoked gouda

L: shrimp

D: roast beef with smoked gouda or a laughing cow light wedge

S: a little chicken breast or Greek yogurt with a little Cinnamon Buns protein powder

Have fun today, my friends!

So funny about the clavicles - I never saw mine until this last year - ever! It's still weird for me, all the bones...

It is strange! I know exactly what I weigh when mine disappear/re-appear - at least, based upon past experience. One more odd thing I have noticed lately: I seem to have lost my caboose! I didn't really want to lose it altogether, I just wanted it to be smaller. Now my derrierre has become bizarrely flat! it's like my back is straight, then there's my waist, then there is only the tiniest curve outwards, it's much flatter than its ever been, no matter what I weighed. Why? I guess I'm going to have to work on building up those muscles once I'm down to goal! Not that I want a gigantic, overdone, Kardashian-esque rear, I definitely don't, but I do expect a little shaping back there!

You can always buy that padding.

I think I will try building up those muscles - hopefully that will help!

I have no rear to speak of anymore either! Even just a little junk in the trunk would be nice, lol!!
