Great job on those floors! Worst pain was most definitely my heart attack.

Good Morning! The new wood flooring looks amazing-love it! Glad your interviews went well and that you have options.

Accountability: Yesterday was not a good day and I broke my streak. I will start a new streak today though! Ready...set....go

QOTD: Probably labor, although a few years ago I had to have some staples put in my head (a fight with a bathroom door and it won) and the nurse thought the doctor numbed me and vice versa- they didn't realize this until they were putting the staples in and wondered why I couldn't keep my head still while they were putting the staples in..... that was pretty painful too.

Good morning,

Im feeling better today. Thanks for the support. I reached out to a good friend. We spent time together. I decided I'm going to at least get a part time job to see if I can handle the stress of a job and doesn't affect me mentally. I did finally eat and got my liquids in.

Qotd I thought I was passing a kidney stone but turned out to be a muscle spasm. It was really painful.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese. Asparagus dr wants me to get more vegetables and fiber in my diet.

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D keto lasagna and riced cauliflower

Have a good day

Good morning everyone!

JB those floors are going to be SO gorgeous! I really hope once DH and I lose some more weight we can start doing our own home improvements too...it's a lot of weight on the knees and back/hips right now but I think once we are in better shape it will be easier and save a lot of $$!

QOTD: I have a relatively high pain tolerance I think but I remember a few bad ones- I've had lots of surgeries too but My gall bladder surgery was probably the worst, mostly because I think the surgeon was inexperienced and left a LOT of air inside me. It was so bad I was vomiting for 3 days after...not fun right after an abdominal surgery. the gall stones/attacks were painful but I don't think it was the worst pain ever...I had diverticulitis about 2-3 years ago which was really awful. DH took me to the ER and it was the worst experience, sitting there in excruciating pain for about 4 hours before they even took me back. I've had some pretty painful experiences with my endometriosis and my IVF testing, ended up having a C section after 19 hours of labor with DD so I never went through actual child birth but the labor pains were no joke.

Morning: Coffee w/caramel PP
B: apple Pie Quark (has anyone tried this stuff? it's a nice high protein alternative to greek yogurt.) I just found it at Aldi and thought i'd give it a try. I had the brownie batter flavor on Sunday and it was amazing- could only eat half of it though- it was super filling/satisfying.
L: Leftover turkey italian sausage/beans and kale
S: string cheese and turkey meat stick
D: either salmon and brussels sprouts or Chicken cesar lettuce wraps

happy Wednesday!

yep - I've had quark. It has some pretty good stats. It's been awhile since I've had it, but i think I got it at Target.

Good morning! That is such pretty wood, I'm jealous!! Operation walk/step it up has been eyeopening... I guess I hadn't really been paying attention to my steps since I ditched the Fitbit for my Apple watch about 6+ months ago. I bought it to track my swimming, but then stopped going (another story)... In review, my activity in general and steps had gotten embarrassingly low. But even with a couple of walks a day now, they really didn't go up as much as I would like, so I need to walk longer - I'll figure it out.

I have a growing aversion to certain meats lately - pepperoni, salami, sausage, hot dogs, hamburger, meatballs and most recently - BACON is turning my stomach. What gives? Anyone else had this problem?

QOTD - Childbirth! It is why I only have 1!

Accountability - awesome, again!

18 mo post op - 168.6

b- coffee x 3, 2 HB eggs

l-tuna w/mayo, balsamic vinegar, chopped onion and SF bread and butter pickles

d-Grill pork loin chops and grilled asparagus

snacks - SF jello and/or SF popsicles

v/l on track

Have a great day!

I haven't wanted to eat a hot dog since surgery, just doesn't sound at all appetizing. I also go through bouts where I can't eat ground meat of any kind because it just doesn't sound good at all.
