That flooring is beautiful!!!

Qotd - I'd have to go with the gallbladder pain immediately before I ended up in the emergency room. Nothing has ever felt that bad!

accountability - I just realized I didn't take my evening multi, I crashed so hard and early last night. Outside of that, on track!

B - coffee + premiere X2

s - noosa yogurt

L - lit and fit yogurt

s - jelly and ice cream herbal tea (no cal, no sweetener but it tastes like the inside of a scone with jam and clotted cream)

d - if the weather holds, we're doing a team event to a Mexican place in Boulder - live music, margaritas and tacos. I'll have taco meat and cheese and I've already arranged to be the DD!

totals - 668 calories, 69 protein, 38 carbs.

Well, crap, my vitamin situation is worse than I thought ? apparently my nicely loaded and organized container o? Multi + calcium is still in Arizona and I am not. At least the multi is easy to address!

I think he is going to make it. And I don't think he is going to lose much skin on his head and face and body. He just finished up his antibiotic today.

thanks for asking!

Today is going to be a great day!! My husband and I are headed to town to buy groceries for my son's graduation party. Tomorrow night is the awards banquet, Friday is the party at our house and Saturday is graduation. I am really working on being present and not feeling overwhelmed.

QOTD- natural childbirth x 2. Other than that, I haven't really had a lot of painful experiences. It is amazing though how much easier my body moves after losing my weight.

Food for today-

B- 3 oz black forest ham, 1 egg, 1 oz light motz

L- We will be in town. I am thinking possibly Chick Fila grilled chicken or turkey and egg from the salad bar.

S- chomps if needed

D- something on the grill

Good morning JB and menu crew. The floors look incredible, I love the choice. You got alot done in a day! It is amazing that even though we are in good shape when doing things out of the norm it kills us. I helped a friend lay hardwood one time and can remember the same feeling. I used muscles I dont normally use when exercising. Great Job!

Out to dinner tonight with my wife and a vendor, we are looking forward to it , a nice local restaurant that has been around since 1951 and we have yet to go. I reviewed the menu and am getting a 6 oz tenderloin and scallops, I will have left overs for lunch tomorrow!!!

QOTD - Years ago I had an old snowblower, the snow was wet and slushy and the blower kept clogging up. I had a scraper to try and remove the clogged chute and was getting pissed. I shut off the blower , and punched my fist through the snow, when I did that the torque built up from the blower being clogged spun and crushed and mangled my middle finger...I ran into the house with my hand in the air and just hollered Joddie we have to go.....my finger was a mess. I still have no feeling at the tip of this finger. Do NOT stick your hand in a blower even when shut off!

B - Muffin cup egg

S - vienne sausage

L - shrimp scampi

S - Premier protein shake

D - tenderloin and scallops
