I'm not surprised you could eat the salad and soup - the soup is liquid, and salads compress down to nothing in your stomach. What seems voluminous on your plate/bowl probably ends up being a cup (or less) once it's in your stomach. I can pack away a lot of stuff like that - but as long as I keep within my calorie limits, it works...

I like the black bean soup and the Asian chicken salad, too. I also like the Thai chicken salad - and the turkey chili!!

I did try to order things on the lower end of their calorie spectrum. And I was thinking that too about the density of the food. I ate the soup first, it probably slid through, then the salad didn't amount to much volume-wise even with the chicken on it.

Good Morning JB and friends!

The floors look gorgeous! I know it is a lot of work because we just ripped up our floors and put down tile. Pulling the little nails out of the subflooring is evil work!

QOTD: The last time I was sore I was MO and not able to move around or do things like I can do now. Looking forward to doing things this summer that I haven't been able to do in a long time.

Accountability: I ate a bag (single serving) of Popcorners when I got home.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
