Very low ferritin. You need separate iron pills. Take with Vitamin C. Track all your labs.

I so much get that. I had my hernia surgery after I had my iron infusions. I could not imagine any surgery without the iron.

Thrilled for you Deb. Glad you have practitioners in your corner who want to see you at your best health.

I get IV Iron infusions when my ferritin goes below 100.

Smoked pulled pork. Too fatty.

Black forest ham. Good. Still eating it chopped up with honey mustard.

Shrimp platter. Long gone. One of my favorite proteins.

Rotisserie chicken. Legs eaten. Rest shredded and in freezer. A ton of it. How ro eat it and not have it be too dry is the question.

Kirkland protein bars. Dry and tasteless. True zombie apocalypse food only.
