I get to have IV iron on Monday.

A long term side effect for some post RnY. Low iron can really make life hard.

I didn't make it to the menu page but I went to Costco and bought yummy protein. It's like I'm living in a rainbow over here.

Ferritin under 10 is what I need in order for insurance to pay.

I also has 9 years of documentation that I do not absorb pill form of iron. It's on my rather long diagnosis list.

I also got IV iron pre RnY because I had renal failure. I've played this game a long time.
