I have Hurricane's now, they are about 2 or 3 models old. These are the latest model. I normally would order the older version (ISO-3) to save $, but I'm mad at my hubby, and well, I deserve these

I started with Omni 10's and now have Guide 10s. Need to replace them before I return to running but not sure whether I should just stick with the same thing.

Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 4 miles in already and will do another mile after supper. Accountability was good with no extra bites taken. QOTD our graduating class had about 120 students and I graduated 3rd in my class. Graduation was hot,long and boring. Didn't have or attend any parties. Post op 5 years 9 months and weight at 119. I've got lots of aching,swelling and pain in my fingers and knees for some reason. I have an appointment with the rheumatologist today so we'll see what's up with that. I may ask for a test for Lyme disease since we've been in the woods and an area with lots of ticks,many of which I pulled off me. Here's the food for the day B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli ham and cheese 3 baby carrots D 4 oz smoked sausage 1/2 c blackeyed peas S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter.
