Good morning everyone~ Today is supposed to be in the high 70's finally! I'm so sick of the cloudy overcast weather we've had for weeks. We are taking the dogs to the park this morning and running errands. Need to clean the house badly. We've been so busy the house has been a bit neglected and the hair balls are driving me crazy. We will BBQ later and that is about all I have in me.
QOTD - we have tons of festivals for anything you can imagine but they are not my thing. The themes interest me some, but crowds overwhelm me.
Accountability - I had 5 SF jellos and 2 SF popsicles last night to avoid eating badly.
18mo post op
b- coffee x3, SB iced coffee, bacon and eggs
l-TBD
d-BBQ chicken and salad
v/l on track
Have a wonderful day!

Morning RNY'ers!! Today I'm up, run is done and I'm dressed. I have a load in the laundry already too. Today I'll head to the mall to return something, the kids have already chimed in they want to go too. I'd like to pick up a new area rug for our living room too. Its supposed to be rainy on and off- again.
Qotd: I'm sure there are many festivals that I don't know about. Odunde is coming up- a festival celebrating African Culture. I've been a few times-- it's nothing that I go out of my way to see. A lot of festivals become an over glorified flea market IMO.
I213 today, 3.1 years out, on day 6 of my run streak
m1: Greek yogurt, boiled egg; bagel thin
m2: protein bar
m3: turkey burger with pickles and cheese

Good morning! Definitely hot here in South Carolina. But it is June and so it will be hot for the next 4 months.
QOTD here at the lake it's kind of limited as far as festivals, but the state park has some things thought the year and our church which is right by the water, hosts fishing tournaments for kids, we host host a day of boating and cookout for the university of SC Baptist union, and then a huge harvest festival in conjuctuction with the state park's creepy camp out.
Yesterday - cal 541, prot 67, carbs 26, fat 21. Today B 1st tea with half and half, then Greek plain yogurt and hummus. L cottage cheese and hummus. D baked fish pureed with Greek yogurt. Snacks protein shake and Crystal light.
Enjoy your Saturday!

Good morning,
I slept in this morning. I had a neighbor knocked on my door late last night, he was drunk begging for food. I told him I couldn't help him. I figured he had money for booze and plus I know he would keep coming over if I fed him. I felt bad for him but I couldn't open the can of worms.
I might go see my friends and her grandkids today.
Qotd They have a Festival of the arts the first weekend in June in town. They have ethic groups festivals during the summer. In September, they have what is called Art prize, where people around the world submit their art and visitors get to vote on their favorite.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D I'm going to make this new chicken dish and riced cauliflower
Have a good day
Good morning! I woke up to stormy weather, lots of wind and rain. The sun is trying to come out now. The rain will probably make for another day of high humidity.
QOTD: I live about 20 miles east of Kansas City, MO, so there are lots of things going on in the area. The town just west of me has a Fall Festival. Last time I went it was mostly food stands so I don't go any more. I don't like crowds plus I have a torn tendon in my ankle so a lot of walking is out of the question.
Oatmeal w/PB
Protein shake
Ham/cheese/spinach quiche leftover from last night; strawberries
Burrito; refried beans????

Good afternoon weekenders! I had a 7:30 dental appointment so I've been up since early but just getting a chance to sit at the computer.
It isn't raining now but we're supposed to get heavy rain the rest of the weekend. Oh well, I'm still on exercise restrictions so I can't go hiking anyway.
After my dental appointment, we went to Trader Joe's and did our weekly shopping. Then stopped at SB for an iced coffee. Finally made a stop at Kohls to see the sales. I am up for a promotion so I wanted a couple of nicer dresses to wear. I found 4 nice ones and had a 20% off coupon that helped.
Now home with my feet up for a while in hopes of reducing my abdominal swelling a bit.
QOTD: lots of local and area wide festivals but like Amy, I'm not big on crowds. We always go to the Takoma Park Arts festival the first Sunday of October though. I like to see what the craftspersons have and always find something to take home.

I just mildly threw out my back while getting ready to start my day, so plans change slightly. I hate cancelling plans, but luckily most people I make the plans with with understand I have issues :-D
Qotd: I am sure there are tons of festivals around here. Some of the ones I know about include Bumbershoot, Salmon days, and various Art walks. I don't go to any of them though. They all get amazing turn outs so lots of people.
Accountability: Yesterday was great except I made a creamy jello cup instead of a pudding and this time out didn't turn out. It didn't set and it was like mildly flavored yogurt.... icky.
