Good morning :)
DH and I ended up going out for dinner last night so we are skipping our weekly lunch date today. So I don't know what I'm going to do today :) I have been really tempted to go to the hair place and see if they will do a wash and scalp massage lol. I don't need my hair cut yet -- I let it get long in the summer so I can put it up.

I went and bought a couple newborn size items yesterday just in case baby is smaller than expected or comes early. I can't believe that it's possible that I could have such a small baby... Especially when I consider that I used to be over 300 pounds.
Photo 2 is my little sun dog enjoying the nice weather finally :)
Post-op three years, two months.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - chicken burger leftovers
Lunch - chicken, veg, salad
Snack - leftover homemade quesadilla thing
Dinner - sausage and veg (since we skipped it yesterday)
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
I love new born's clothes. They are so tiny and you can't believe a human can be so tiny. And then they grow and you look at them and can't believe they are so big!! Nature!

Good morning,
I have to take my friend apartment hunting today since we got paid today. Nothing really planned for the weekend except church. I might be getting a new couch on Sunday if my nephew will help my brother get it from my Dad's house.
Yesterday the doctor put me on an antibiotic for my spider bites I got this week. It happened last September too in my apartment.
I didn't eat all my food last night.
B egg mcmuffin, string cheese and strawberries and whipped cream
Not sure for the rest of the day and I have support group tonight.
Have a good day

boy - you are really making a farce out of this job search - three more interviews on one day? Wow! And you've had a zillion interviews already - and another offer - AND your old employer wants you to come back. That is fantastic!! The turn-out on this is going to be great no matter what happens! Congratulations!!!
I went with DH and his mom apt hunting yesterday but had them drop me off at home c. 3:00 pm. I was exhausted. I have no idea how they do this from 9:00 - 5:00 (or later) every day. Luckily, DH is taking notes, writing down the pros and cons of each place. Otherwise, I'm sure they'd all blend together. She's found some really nice places in her price range and therefore has a really good "short list" (about 10 so far) of places to call when she's ready to move. I'm so happy !!!
they went out to dinner last night with my mom and sister and BIL. I didn't go - we'd gone to Panera for lunch, and although I didn't overdo it there, I could not afford to go out to eat again and stay at/under 1500 calories. And I did manage to stay there (@1500 calories) - YAY!! Oddly, DH brought a piece of pizza home for me. I looked at him and said "are you kidding???". Why would he do that when I skipped the dinner out precisely because I did not need the calories? Sheesh. Needless to say, I did not eat the pizza. So weight is down a pound this morning - YAY!! (of course, most of that is due to water..) - but I'm so glad to be back on track!! I'm hoping to lose five pounds before my plastic surgery on Aug 10. Might be tough - but I'm going to try!!
Those cookies are fantastic, JB! I've kicked around the idea of taking a cake decorating class. I think I'd be safe because I really don't like cake very much..but it would be fun to decorate them!!
2 years 11 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder, raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein chocolate latte shake
L: I have cheese sticks, yogurt, and cashew butter in my fridge at work - so some combination of those (no more than 300 kcal)
AS: crustless protein pumpkin pie
D: probably leftovers. We have Chinese food from the other night (we've got ginger beef & chicken w/ broccoli and water chestnuts) that I could eat with no rice. Or else chili lime chicken strips from TJ's)
It sounds like MIL is making this into a social activity (just from an outsiders casual observation).

Both of our dogs are overweight. I wonder if they do gastric by-pass surgery for dogs? LOL!
