JB you are very attractive. Those cookies are calling me. No way could I have all those in my house. I would be in a sugar coma.

This morning I got out baking pans and a cake carrier that I never use and put them on Craigslist. I was going to put my Yonanos ice cream maker on too, but I looked at the recipe book and decided I'll keep it. I have so many baking pans that I rarely use. I used to bake a lot at Christmas but I'm doing that any more and definitely not since I'm retired.

Breakfast: Apple Pancake in a mug - very good and filling

Lunch: Chicken Salad & Wasa cracker

Snack: Protein shake

Dinner: Ham & Cheese Quiche

Snack: Yonanos

I tried to post my dog Bernie's picture but wasn't able to.

It's been a long time since I've posted. Life got on the way but I'd like to get back to posting my menu even if it's late in the day. It's so easy to get off track and I want to make sure I visit and post when I can even if it has to be sporadic during my crazy busy times.

Foid choices have been up and down with lots of celebrations and family changes so I'm up a few pounds and working a CAMAW on my own to get my head back in the game.

B: coffee with premiere protein

L: ham and Swiss rolls dipped in mustard

Below is a before and afterfrom when my daughter graduated with her undergrad in pharmacy two years ago. When I saw those pictures that's when I knew I had to do something for myself. I was so embarrassed and I promised myself I would not look like that when she graduated with her PharmD degree this May. So proud I kept my promise to myself.

Still looking good and nice to hear from you! I've been doing a CAMAW myself in preparation for vacation in a week and because I was at the top or above my comfortable weight range a lot lately. Darn snacks!

glad to hear you're doing better. Hopefully your family gas been catering to you, although working 18 hrs a day doesn't leave much "you" time.
