Good morning JB and menu folks! Congrats on the Dream Job, good things always happen to good people! I was off the radar yesterday, I had an eye doctor appointment in the morning and then had a luncheon at work, I was good and ordered a grilled chicken salad, I ate all of the grilled chicken and left a majority of the greens behind. I am not able to eat heavier than that for lunch. My eye doctor appointment was my yearly reality of the damage I caused my body when MO and diabetic. I have damage to blood vessels in my eyes, not close to where it could impact my vision, DR says it looks better than last year so an improvement, but a constant reminder to what used to be! I finally caved in and will be getting prescription reading glasses.
Accountability - good - busy night as I mowed the lawn and worked in the yard until a little after 8 pm.
QOTD - It is funny that I had a mullet as most guys that played hockey did back then, my hair would get very curly in the back, too funny as I do not have much hair now.

Nothing specific planned for today but I might run a few small errands. I didn't get much done yesterday. I tried taking the puppies outside but it was a bit too hot.
QOTD: I miss all the toys and collectibles from my childhood. Pogs, marbles, Beanie Babies lol. I wasn't really in to clothes or fashion as I was already overweight, but I look at some of the things coming back and think "I will never wear that again". I also miss classic cartoons and movies. Some of the new ones are so weird.
Post-op three years, two months.
