What's on you Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
hi all- had grand expectations of my day off yesterday. instead I got in at 6 am, slept till noon, watched a little tv until 2. drove 1.5 hours away to pick up our chihuahua from emergency vet where he was bit by a copperhead on monday night. man what a crazy experience. it was itty bitty our little guy. bit him right on top of the head. threw my entire schedule off and didn't get to go to the gym. what a mess. so now we are drugging him every 8 hours with 3 different meds and have to watch him like a hawk. he has peed on his own twice but having a little trouble getting him to eat so now his tummy will be upset without food. now back tot he vet today at 5 for his check up at our vet which isn't even so local. We have treated the exterior with a snake powder so hopefully that will help.
weight was up .8 today. bummer.
food plan for today
coffee
water
leftover sloppy joe/shiritaki noodles
egg in dash griddle
not sure what else.
QOTD: i do like word search and jigsaw puzzle if I have space. I also like paper calendars and prefer the journal size. I also like writing my goals in a book.
Poor puppy! I hope he recovers soon.

Good Morning! Wow, this morning had been odd already-just little weird things but it always makes me wonder if there is "something" with the full moon thing. I will confirm that if a sign is on a machine at the gym stating that it is "out of order"...it is in fact out of order. Me and the stairclimber had an altercation this morning and with a skinned knee and hurt elbow I would say it won (also, I am just kinda all over sore). JB, I am glad that you're feeling better today.
Accountability: I plead the 5th for yesterday.
QOTD: The only thing I can really think of is reading books. I don't like to read them on a device at all. Funny you mention crossword puzzles. Over the weekend we watched a little segment on sportscenter (I think it was on sportscenter anyway) about crossword puzzles. I didn't know there were tournaments and so much behind the process. I also had no clue that the NY Times one progressively gets harder throughout the week.

Oh no Kelly! Hop you didn't hurt yourself too bad. I HATE the stairclimber. If all the other machines are taken I go and do something else than using the stairclimber.

Ooouch, sorry about the stair climber. Take it easy today!
Yes, there is an awesome documentary about the NY Times Crossword tournaments. The people who do them are so freakin faaaaaaaast, it is insane.
