It took me a good 4-5 months to feel not exhausted all the time.

I was a fan of turkey burgers, fish burgers, turkey bacon, low cal gravy, spaghetti squash bake, crack chicken.

I've been making custard with non-fat milk and it seems to be easy on the pouch, just a change from Greek yogurt. It's quick and easy to make. It ends up being 116 calories and 9g of protein.

Are you getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day? That makes a huge difference, regardless of eating according to your bariatric plan and vitamin supplementation.

Just a thought.

That doesn't seem like a lot of food, but everyone is different. The plan I'm on has me taking 2 pre-natal vitamins a day, 1500 mg of Calcium and B12 (I'm getting monthly injections), and usually get 7-8 hours sleep (I used to get by on 6). I've added salad, and the occasional veg to my diet because i LOVE salad, but have to be inventive with dress and I don't want to eat too many calories that way. I'm staying away from the protein shakes, but have been making smoothie in the AM with Greek Yogurt, berries, Diet Ocean spray and Ice, if I think I'm not getting enough protein, I'll add the unflavoured protein powder.
