What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I forgot the QOTD: Beach, of course (ocean, lake or pond)!

Almost 4 weeks out from surgery and I had my annual check up with my primary care. She was thrilled with my progress so far. She is a little concerned about a toe issue that has been around for a couple years but has suddenly changed. Monday I need to call a podiatrist. Yay?
All of your pictures look so awesome! Especially the puppies :-D. I thought about posting a picture of the quilt I finished last week but my husband hasn't taken the formal pictures yet, and those are so much better than a quick one from my phone.
Qotd: I am decidedly NOT a summer person. My favorite thing is to hop in my car blast the AC and heavy metal music, get on I-90 and just drive. When I can't do that, swimming in the morning when it is cool then hiding in my house with the AC going.
Accountability: Yesterday was good although I realized I am supposed to be adding one new food a day. That has sorta happened naturally but I haven't been making a concentrated effort to try new things oops!
BF: 1 scrambled egg, 2oz cottage cheese, 3" mashed banana
MS: 1/3 serving cream of wheat, cinnamon
L: 2oz canned chicken, 1t miracle whip, cumin
AS: 2oz refried beans, 1/2 oz Cabot extra low fat cheddar
D: 1 baked Turkey meatball, 2T tomato sauce
ES: sugar free pudding, 3g PBfit
And a protein pudding cup at some point. About 650 calories 72g protein
Your menu sounds good! If you like fish, salmon and tilapia went down well for me early on. The salmon and tuna packets are easy and a great size.

It's a hot one here in Indiana too. No work today but we are working Monday. Took a 1.5 mile walk early with Lily, walked a mile both ways with trash and the tablet to post this. Tonight Lily and I will walk 2.2 miles around the loop after it cools down. I walked over to the bathhouse too to do some work so I should have 10,000 steps before the day is over. The good thing is everything is spread out so walking is a given. QOTD favorite summer thing is camping--especially free nomads camping like we're doing now. Love seeing new sights and meeting people from across the country and the painting and work is no big deal. It feels great to be useful! And this would have been impossible before surgery!Post op 5 years 9 months weight at 118.6 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c salad with raspberry dressing D 4 oz shrimp 1/2 c lettuce salad with dressing on the side S 5 oz cottage cheese with herb seasoning. Pics are one of Lily right now and one of my view from the rocker on the porch at the Armstrong Center where the wifi is. Lily is panting but got a big drink of water after her photo op. Have a great day all!
Lots of love to Lily! I bet she loves traveling too because there are always new things to smell!

Hi everybody,
just a quick drive by. Sorry I've been mia. After recovering from the stomach bug I started with a bad head and chest cold. Ugh!
Everyone's pics are great!
The only thing I've really been eating is chicken stock and a little meat but plenty of fluids!
Hopefully I'll start feeling a little better tomorrow. I had to cancel all of my holiday plans.
Enjoy the rest of day!!
