Thanks Janet! I am up over 100 ounces a day, I love my tea! Love coffee too, but it's become more of a treat than a habit. And YOU are doing so beautifully too, skinny girl! I'm so heartened to read that you are recovering so well!

I have a SIL who loves thrift store shopping. She buys most of my clothes. I buy a coffee drink most days.

Eating meat,coffee with milk,a salad with excessive boiled eggs,and yogurt.

No sugar detox continues. My brain is quieting down.

Exercise. Lucy my dog is having leg problems. We are walking more frequently to stretch it out.
