So I did go to the yoga class last night. I actually loved it so much better than any class I've been to before. The teacher was really specific about where your weight should be and what muscles you should be engaging. And considering my shoulder situation and all the planks and downward dogs, I did really well.
QOTD: I would go with white tiger.
B: coffee. egg, cheese avocado
B2: overnight oats w/protein powder
L: chicken salad w/cucumber
D: mojito lime chicken w/stir fry veggies
S: hummus and celery, protein drink
ex: gym w/trainer working on squats
