What's going on with me?
For me that sounds exactly how I feel when my hormones are wacky.

If you can, get one of those home blood pressure kits. My BP drops and goes high randomly sometimes and it really depends on the type of foods I eat to. When my BP does goes higher and then drops.. i get mild nausea, lightheaded and I get a pounding sound but usually no headache unless my BP goes up high vs. low. If you can, I would definitely be checking your BP during these instances.
so I went to the dr today and he stated that there is nothing medically/physically wrong with me as everything has checked out and considered whether it was my depression/anxiety meds that I am taking. This is just odd to me that after all this time I haven't had a problem with my psyche meds (more than 10 years) and almost a year after surgery that I would feel this way with the symptoms I am having.
Another suggestion is this. Have yourself tested for allergies to foods and what not. The reason I state this is when growing up I had zero allergies.. Absolutely none, but for whatever reason I developed allergies later on to cats, horses (i get so bad with them now they actually swell my throat closed without proper medication) Foods I used to eat so easily now I have to stay away from. So you could very well be eating something that could give these feelings to you.

Just giving my opinion, these sound like what was happening when I was dehydrated. I passed out at work and hit my head, had to be ambulance to the ER. Wasn't fun and was very expensive. Drink drink and see your doctor!
