I can certainly relate to the baggy skin look! For the moment I am just buying longer shorts and shirts with some sleeves. I just bought some shrugs to wear with my summer dresses.

Hi All... Yeah for Grim why should he not be celebrated? Why is it during the week I can sleep in but on the weekends I am wide a wake at 5 am? Not cool body not cool.... Busy week ahead I have a co worker on vacation and my boss has a cold (he is a big baby) and I am trying to figure out how to get him to go home. He is sneezing and coughing all over everything and not properly covering his mouth. Last time he had a cold I sprayed him with Lysol thinking he would get the hint to have manners guess not! If I get sick because of him I am going to be mad as all get out!

QOTD: I would have to agree with you JB chicken only because I can mix it up so much but I would miss me a big ole hunk of steak.

Food for the day:

B: Bacon and cheese stick

L: ham pieces and salad

S: fruit

D: ground meat and sauce w/ cheese

Hope everyone has a great day.

Grim's talent should be celebrated, great job on bringing him some recognition. Would love to see some of his work, share if able! Weekend was good here as well, I played in a golf tourney on Saturday and even though it was wet and cold we had a good time and finished in the middle of the pack, not great but not terrible.

Accoountability was good.

QOTD - I would have to stick with beef. I think I could change it up with different dishes, Beef burgundy, Stroganoff, Steak, pot roast!!!

B- Premier protein shake

S - Hard Boiled egg

L - Chicken Divan

S - Hard Boiled egg

D - Omelet
