You need rest, fluids and protein. Sit in the sunshine. Too much activity will keep inflammation up and your drains draining longer.

hi all

didn't sleep well last night- staying with mom for a few days but the bed was hard as a rock and dogs were acting crazy. and as i was packing to come here, totally forgot coffee!!! how is that even possible for me? I do have tea and diet snapple but come on?? this is me here!!
