Happy Friday! I'm happy to be home for today! I binged watched 6 episodes of Safe on the flight home last night and then had to stay up to finish the final 2 episodes before I went to bed - that made it a very long day...good thing I'm home near the coffee pot today!
QoTD - yes, at the urging of a older "friend" who was also my sometime babysitter, I stole a candy bar from the grocery store across the street from our apartment when I was about 7....and when I walked into the house, I told my mom "I didn't take anything" completely unprompted. Needless to say, she walked me right back across the street to return it and apologize and banned that friend/babysitter. That was the end of my life of crime and also succumbing to peer pressure!
Accountability - ugh, I screwed up when I ordered my steamed milk for the flight, got the 16 oz vs the 8 oz I planned so everything was off track. Not real happy about that....and it made my protein drink too diluted so it didn't even taste good.

Totals -482 calories, 61 protein, 15 carbs

Exercise - pilates this afternoon
I love taking pictures --- of everything except me but here is a picture from Thanksgiving last year (about 20lbs under my heaviest -- there are NO pictures from then) and one from last friday on our way to the awards dinner. I can see that I have one less chin so that makes me happy!

Aww, thank you!! I think it's hard to see for yourself -- but yesterday, I realized that when I flew to the east coast two days before surgery in Feb, I had to carry my own seatbelt extender...and last night, there was a good 5 inches of "extra" on the seatbelt when I clicked it closed. Even when I can't see the change, I can't argue with the empirical data!!

Good morning! I decided to thoroughly check again for bee boxes today and still nothing. Not sure what I was expecting? I was probably hoping they would just magically reappear, haha... I am on a mission to find out all I can about bees and keeping, farms etc...! I may even end up with a hive of my own, stay tuned!
QOTD - Ha, I was probably 7? At a grocery store check out - I asked my dad for a candy bar and he said no. So, I put it in my jacket pocket which had a hole in it and it fell out on the floor as we were leaving. I was sent to my room for forever! I remember my friends stealing stuff from stores as teenagers but I was way too afraid of getting caught to do it.
