Now that I have waaaaaay upped my fat intake it seems to be helping. I have cut down on the Miralax to a few times a week. So far so good, anyway.
Good morning,
my weekend was so so. My depression got the better of me on Friday so I called my doctor to have him put it back up to where it was a couple of months ago. Support group helped that night. Felt a little better on Saturday. Spent the day with my friend. Yesterday I spent the day with my family.
I had an ice cream cone, piece of peach pie made with Splenda and cake.
Qotd when I was little I thought why they couldn't stick something in your belly to suck the fat out but my version was more extended than what they do now.
Im having a tooth pulled at 8 am today so it will probably be a liquid day.
Have a good day

I had a very busy weekend but yesterday was more relaxing. I did go out and get my tomatoes planted in our new raised beds, and my cucumbers, squash, and pumpkins went out, so I'm all planted! Now I wait for things to grow.
qotd: no inventions per se, but I did write stories or have ideas for stories that were "stolen." I swear I had an idea in high school for teenagers who had the gifts and powers of Greek gods. I scribbled notes about it but never actually wrote the story I wanted. Cut to a few years later, and we have Percy Jackson and the Olympians
stomach has been upset, so I'm going easy with food today
breakfast: Premier and Coffee
lunch: Greek L&F
dinner: turkey meatballs with pesto
will check protein grams and see if I need a snack in there somewhere.

I'm so behind on my gardening- i still have my tomato containers and squash waiting to go in beds but they are not put together yet or prepped . so annoying. DH needs to burn the last of the pile and level off the ground before i can put the beds together.
i might have to grow them in containers this year :(
The tomatoes would be fine in a container, but I've never had luck with squash in a container :(
we plan to sell our house at some point next year so I'll have to forego my big garden and maybe just do a couple containers also. I don't want to plant a huge garden if I may not be around to enjoy it...it's going to be hard for me! Lol I may convince DH that we need to wait to sell in the fall ;)
