What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning everyone! How was your weekend? We had lots of fun! Saturday we went to see William Shatner speak, which was really entertaining. He is 87 but still super energetic and a total performer/storyteller. Then yesterday we went out to celebrate my lovely mom. We went out to a fancy French bistro. Yum!
Accountability: Mostly good, but I admit to having drinks out both weekend days. The drink I got at the French restaurant was gin, lemon juice, and Brut Champagne. I need to see if I can recreate that at home. I rarely drink anything but wine, but that was really light and refreshing and would be a nice summer drink.
QOTD: Have you ever had an awesome idea for an invention? When I was a kid I "invented" squeezable ketchup. I mean, what took them so long??? I also have an idea for a drone that would fly over icy sidewalks and melt them! Probably a terrible idea, but I hate chipping ice.
No idea what is for lunch today... I am on my "goodbye tour" at work (ONE AND A HALF MORE DAYS!). I'm having a networking lunch with a coworker who is taking me out to meet his wife who is well connected in the field.
I went to the opera for Mother's day. Ate tofu and some crab cakes before and had a little trouble staying awake in the first act.
I need to cut some dairy from my menu. I bought more meat but I'm realizing I eat a lot of dairy.
I want to invent a hospital bedside table that is stable and easy to use.
I have awoken in a state of panic this morning- smelling oil and ran downstairs expecting something else had broken. DH had been painting in the spare room upstairs with oil based paint and the entire house stinks. So up I am and once I'm up, very hard for me to go back to sleep.
This weekend went really well except Saturday night when i got really ill. apparently even 2.5 years out you need to make sure you are pooping!got really backed up, back hurting, vomiting (nothing to throw up), intestines cramping. Feeling much better now.
yesterday slept really late and organized my coupons and watched tv.
This week's schedule is pretty chill- gym, working on house, work. Saturday I have plans in afternoon with old neighbors. i'm making some cauliflower dish and dessert (not on plan, it is pecan bread pudding).
Food for today
pork and veggies for dinner
coffee/ghee/pp
prot pancakes
not sure what else, im doing grocery shopping tonight after gym
Exercise: gym (leg night)
QOTD: hmmm no i did describe in detail the 'blind' audition concept for the voice many years before it came out.
