Yeah, the oily thing was pretty gross, but I have to admit, it really filled me up! I often have coffee and first breakfast before 7am and I'm ready for 2nd breakfast by 9, but I left the house at 6am, and got to work and didn't have anything until 10:30. I would like to play around with the amount of oil vs butter and see if I can get it to a better place.

Well that is a win for sure. You'll have to keep us in the loop as you test this out.

morning everyone! I was back to work yesterday but it was so busy since I had been gone for 3 days that I had no time to post. I will try to read some of the posts today to catch up!

DH's surgery went smoothly, he was only in the hospital one night and got to come home Tuesday evening.
He is sore, as to be expected, but so far so good...no nausea, he is tolerating all his liquids/protein shakes and getting in his fluids, so he is doing amazingly.
it was really nice to have some days off to hang out with my little one on Monday and Tues while he was in the hospital...the weather was AMAZING and we spent most of the time playing outside.

We have a Brunch planned at my Brother and Sis in-law's house for Sunday, but I don't know if DH is going to be up for it yet. I may just go with Story. it's just going to be my parents, my sister and brother and their families. I ordered some pieces for a project I want to make for my mom for mother's day but they didn't come in the mail til yesterday so I am hoping I can get it done tonight and Saturday! I'll post a pic of it when finished.

QOTD: not sure about recent compliments. I've gotten a couple from people telling me I am looking good, but It hasn't really given me a positive feeling yet. I guess I still don't see much of a change in myself since I can still wear a lot of my clothes (even though some of them were too tight 3 months ago). Probably also has something to do with the fact that I had been this weight about a year and a half ago when I did the HCG diet, but only stayed here for about a month before I started gaining it all back again...story of my life. I think part of me is still afraid I will never get below 200 lbs.
I am also in a stall, have been at the same weight for 2 weeks now, so hoping it won't last much longer!

Morning: coffee w/half caramel PP
B: 2 apple/maple chicken bfast sausages from Aldi (these are sooo good)
L: cottage cheese with strawberries and blueberries
S: 2 turkey meat sticks
D: something at mom's house again since I'll be picking up Story after work.

no pic today, i was unprepared!

have a fantastic weekend everyone!
