I'm excited! I've seen Shinedown twice already, and Starset once, but this will be the first time for 5FDP and Bad Wolves. I even love some of the local bands they have opening (Arson City and Through Fire, if you like the others you might like them too!)

Happy Friday! I don't think the weather is going to be great this weekend (rain tomorrow and cool Sunday), but the sun is out today. This weekend is DD's 30th Birthday celebration. She has a limo for club hopping tomorrow night. I'm participating but not overly excited about it but at least once I get to central Mass I don't have to drive. DD is picking me up from the hotel and the limo is dropping me off.
Here is a photo in honor of Mother's Day of my 4 who came in various ways. My oldest DD (now deceased) has the light hair. The other older daughter is my stepdaughter who has become very close to us over the last few years after many years of rarely seeing her. The youngest DD is the one turning 30, and DS is an executive chef at a restaurant here and lives in our finished basement. Both the younger two came via adoption. DS's birthmom is celebrating Mother's Day with us on Sunday.

no photo for me today. feeling very tired and drained for some reason. 1 pound loss on the scale despite the almonds and peanuts I ate yesterday... took mom to mothers day early, had steak/salad/broc/peanuts

not sure on dinner, we have to lay self leveler on the floors to prep them for laminate going in tomm... and a friend may be in town so not sure how i'm going to do all of that plus gym.
QOTD: not sure on this. I felt 'fat' yesterday when i was out an about. I'm not sure how a 4-6 is fat but I was feeling it. just so NOT used to my new body being rounder on the bottom and skinny style not fitting like it used to.bonus is that my butt is no longer flat but round. yay. OH, yes i remember now- my liver numbers are FINALLY normal now that I've gained about 20 pounds.
We will see...
and to answer your question, I just got into MCT oil and adding butter to my diet. I changed up my macros to make the fat higher and almost all the cravings have gone away.

I tried the chia pudding and it tasted delish but I couldn't get it to set, so it was runny and weird. Any tips?
